However, we may provide refunds under certain circumstances, such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases made through accounts, websites, or apps owned by PURETONEIX LLC are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products. Ad Removal Purchase
Our apps may offer an in-app purchase to remove ads, which applies to:

Banner ads
Interstitial ads (i.e., full screen ads that are shown between game levels and when an app opens.)
Other non-rewarded ads

This purchase does NOT remove rewarded ads. Rewarded ads will still be available, allowing users to voluntarily watch ads in exchange for in-game rewards.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without notice if we detect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
Users may request to close their account by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The revised terms will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
