Wear headphones, this is binaural so without headphones it's probably not as effective. Ok, so this is really just me experimenting and practicing. It starts out busy, for the first 15 minutes or so, then it smoothes out. Around 35 minutes or so it goes to 4hz only. I noticed while I was meditating to it, it didn't allow me to go into a deep state until about 45mins in, due to the initial busy nature. It was still rather soothing/relaxing. I kinda had to ease into deeper meditation at the pace of the video. This was interesting (since we're talking ALL delta frequencies here). Then, I kind of fell asleep...
